Whenever one is searching for a music solution, you   have to weigh the selling points of the entity you plan on   dealing with. So we at GK Tunes hope that this section   will introduce you to some of the things that we do best   here.

  First off, our goal is to produce music for artists and   the market place. Behind the scenes, we are talented   song writers & musicians with strong backgrounds in   many diversified musical styles which includes: Ballads,   Scores, Theatre, Dance, Ethnic, Rock, R&B, Hip   Hop, Contemporary, Gospel, etc.

  As you can see, we are certainly not limited to any one   area of music giving GK Tunes an advantage over   most production teams. We work independently as   digital engineers in our studio with the use of virtual   computer studio environments. All of our composing is   done on keyboards using recording software and   techniques and a few live instruments eliminating the   need to hire outsiders most of the time.

  GK Tunes uses simulated orchestrations   demonstrating the use of professional synths using   MIDI which cuts the cost of song-making drastically,   yet maintaining quality.

  GK Tunes is responsible for several of our own musical   groups created specifically for marketing purposes.   Behind every original song licensed to Microsoft, as   well as dance remakes, GK Tunes uses fictitious names   for better marketing that fit the character of the music.

  On another note, some of the music you will be listening   to was sold outright to now signed artist, Michelle   Gold. (MichelleGold.com). Michelle used these songs   in a demo and signed with TOVAH MUSIC,   Nashville, Tennessee in 2003. Tovah is a new   independent Christian/Gospel label distributed by   (WEA & WORD).

In 2003, GK Tunes signed a non-exclusive joint venture deal with former CEO of (BML) Frank Babar, President of newly founded Phase One Communications allowing GK Tunes to produce any and all genres of music requested by Phase One Communications and their private clients.

Recently an agreement to license 12

original tracks to Microsoft, Inc. for use in their XBOX video game title,

“Project Gotham Racing Part 2”.

Separately, these songs were then purchased by Malaco Records as a soundtrack to the video game, as well as other music styles from the

game's large music database.

2001 Battery Music Limited (BML) releases "Instant 80's Today” through channels in independent distribution company, LIGHTYEAR courtesy of Warner, Electra & Atlantic (WEA). GK Tunes produces all twelve titles, taking on the challenge from LIGHTYEAR to create new sample free high energy dance versions

of popular songs from the 80's genre. Plans are also set for GK to construct several other new

Dance & Electronica albums including original music which later gets picked up by Microsoft/Malaco.
